For the brand's irregular VIP high-end events, we use our in-house wireless security system for short-term monitoring — zero wiring, fast deployment — installing and removing without damaging existing decor. We dispatch event staff whose appearance meets brand standards to maintain on-site security and assist with VIP reception, folding security and brand experience into one SOP.

The client is a major Taiwan telecom group. We provide stationed guard services at the HQ tower, while subsidiary WorldTrend Property dispatches professionals to handle HQ mail intake and distribution — access control, visitors, and mail workflows consolidated through one service window.

For the group's annual banquet and sports events, WorldTrend plans on-site security manpower, deploys event-dispatch teams for venue security, and stages patrol vehicles on-site standby for immediate response.

The client is a large northern public hospital system operating across multiple campuses. We deliver multi-campus integrated security — multiple Eagle Eye systems, multiple surveillance systems, stationed guard rosters, and vaccine cold-chain — all unified in planning and reporting.

Given that each public hospital campus has different billing, reporting, and administrative practices, we assign a dedicated account manager per campus to handle billing customs, report formats, and admin requirements end-to-end — no more back-and-forth coordination from the main hospital.

During the pandemic, vaccines required premium storage and previously depended on nurses manually opening fridges to log temperatures. We custom-built a vaccine cold-chain monitoring system for automatic continuous logging and audit trail retention. When temperature anomalies are detected, automatic alerts notify on-site personnel immediately — preventing vaccine spoilage from human delay.

The client is a major state-owned foreign-exchange bank with over 100 branches nationwide plus server rooms and key entrances. Equipment specs and alert workflows varied by branch, making real-time network-wide visibility difficult for HQ.

We built a central monitoring platform for HQ, integrating each branch's HD IP cameras, vault protection, arcade flame detection sensors, server room temperature monitoring, and entrance PIR sensors under one architecture. When any alarm triggers, live video pops to the HQ monitoring center for instant judgment and dispatch.

Teller stations are equipped with ultra-HD IP cameras capable of capturing cash counter actions and serial numbers — providing evidence for transaction dispute investigation and internal audit. We also align with the bank's high-grade InfoSec requirements, performing regular vulnerability scans and compliance updates. Overseas branch surveillance maintenance advisory and remote support are also provided unified from Taiwan HQ.

The client is a large northern listed company holding an annual shareholder meeting each year. We handle event-dispatch security, sizing professional teams to the meeting — covering registration desk, meeting hall, VIP flow, and voting area end-to-end. WorldTrend dispatch supervisors take unified command on-site, assisting the chair in maintaining order and ensuring smooth proceedings.

The client is a large department store mall in Banqiao's core commercial district, New Taipei. During business hours, foot traffic is dense across many entrances. We station guards by floor-plan flow at every customer entrance, employee-only passage, and loading dock — each with different control needs: customer-side focuses on greeting flow and suspicious-item screening; employee-side performs ID badge verification and personal-item checks; loading dock strictly manages vendor personnel and vehicle registration, time-window control, and logistics flow direction.

The underground parking is a multi-lane entry / exit design with high backup risk during peak hours. We station traffic-control staff at entry and exit points with flow guidance — handling traffic split, parking spot guidance, priority release for special vehicles (fire, ambulance, vendor trucks), and assisting with fender-benders, driver requests, and vehicle-finding incidents.

After closing, stationed guards execute the full-mall zone-by-zone clearance SOP — verifying floor-by-floor top-to-bottom and inside-out, ensuring no public stragglers, every tenant's access is set, and the alarm system armed. For nighttime construction vendors and renovation workers, we handle entry registration, zone control, and full-duration patrol. When tenant fit-out generates ad-hoc dispatch needs, we can add event-dispatch staff on client request to ensure personnel and asset safety during hot work or elevated operations.

Daily duty beyond fixed checkpoints includes scheduled mall-wide patrol (fire equipment, emergency lighting, escape routes, common areas on every floor), and emergency response — medical incident escalation to EMS, suspicious-item isolation per SOP, early fire response and evacuation assistance, and lost-child search and reporting — all backed by the 24/7 monitoring center.

The client is a nationally recognized dental chain with multiple clinics across northern, central, and southern Taiwan. We deploy WorldTrend's own wireless smart security system for fast rollout — no wiring runs, short installation time, with sensors of minimalist aesthetic that do not disrupt the premium clinic interior.

Day-to-day arm/disarm uses a magnetic fob. The owner can control every clinic from a mobile app, arming or disarming remotely at any time — drastically reducing cross-branch patrol costs.

Paired with the surveillance system deployed alongside, the owner and clinic directors can view live footage remotely or pull recorded video from a phone, with full retention serving as evidence for transaction disputes and internal audit.

The client is a 20-unit Taipei residence previously using 24-hour stationed guards. With rising security costs, each household's management fee share kept tightening. We proposed a new approach — keep guards by day, hand over to AI Eagle Eye Cloud Patrol at night — preserving community safety while visibly lowering costs.

Our system monitors key entrances, the fire control panel, and critical mechanical equipment, and adds emergency buttons at suitable locations, while integrating the community's existing cameras to maximize prior investment. We also helped the community deploy smart parcel lockers — residents can collect packages self-service at night, no longer constrained by staffed reception schedules.

When any alarm triggers at night, video matching the alert (5 seconds before + 10 seconds after) is immediately transmitted to WorldTrend's monitoring center, filtered and pre-classified by AI video analysis, then continuously monitored live by control center operators tracking the situation. If confirmed urgent, operators can immediately dial 110 / 119 — no waiting 15-30 minutes for a patrol vehicle to arrive before knowing what happened. We also schedule irregular patrols and dispatch staff on-site when needed.

A New Taipei community partners with EV-charging leader Ruineng Smart Technology to jointly plan and build the community's EV charging EMS energy management system. Each charging stall is equipped with flame sensors, folding "parking-spot fire safety" into the community security network in one step.

When sensors detect fire, alarms are simultaneously linked to the WorldTrend monitoring center, with live video popping to the duty screen. Professional staff confirm the situation and notify fire and residents; charging stations can also be remotely linked for automatic power-off to prevent spread.

Paired with the Nordic-imported EV-specific fire blanket rental program brought in by WorldTrend with top fire-safety brand Zhengde Fire Protection, the community can effectively suppress thermal-runaway battery fires at the first moment — a complete charging-station fire-safety package that lets residents feel secure.
