WorldTrend Security is the core subsidiary of Everspring Industry (TWSE 2390), built from Taipei-New Taipei and serving all of Taiwan. WorldTrend is not a pure video surveillance company, nor a pure guard company. We provide 8 modular services that clients can mix and match—system security alone, or systems + personnel + fire integration + property management + intelligence all together. All coordinated through one monitoring center, one SOP, one point of contact.

WorldTrend Security belongs to listed company Everspring Industry (TWSE 2390). The group's core is security, extended by two 100%-owned subsidiaries: WorldTrend Property Management handles residential and commercial property management, letting one community get both security and property services from one partner; Tongtai Technology operates as a smart-component reseller and intelligent-system developer, supporting WorldTrend as customer demand for smart-building integration grows.

We chose to centralize dispatch, distribute service. Our in-house monitoring center in Taipei-New Taipei runs 24/7 watching all sites and system alerts across Taiwan. Six service centers, distributed by geography, handle on-site patrol, special protection teams, and technical support. Any alarm triggers immediate response from the nearest center within SLA.
Competitors run "three redundant centers," but we concentrate firepower—same SOP, same team, same command structure, no decision-making friction. Redundancy comes from cloud backup, not extra buildings.
From video systems
to integrated security group.
We didn't start as a guard company. Founded in 1997 in Taipei-New Taipei (originally National Security, renamed WorldTrend in 1999), we built ourselves on video surveillance. Over nearly 30 years, we've added stationed guards, property management, and security engineering, growing from "systems installers" to "integrated security group." The milestones below are the turning points we felt most—not every year, but each one brought us closer to more complete protection.

Most of our leaders came up through stationed guards, systems engineering, or site supervision. When we discuss "should we take this deal, what service mix, what SLA," we don't just look at numbers. We ask: will this site actually run.
